How do I resize the menu boxes to allow for a second row of text?

I am using a template where the menu is being created on the lefthand side.

One of the menu titles appears to fit when in "edit" mode but when I "view"
the website, the menu title is rolling over to a second line but the menu
area for that name is not high enough.

I want to keep the width of the menu area the same, but how do I increase
the height of each menu item space to allow for additional words, if
necessary?

I don't think you can adjust the height of the text box part of the menu's
unless you ungroup the whole navbar. Either make the font size smaller, the
navbar wider or cut the text to what will work on one line. The 'button
text' should probably not be more than a couple words anyway...

And by the way, you probably should be ungrouping the navbar if you are
using Pub 2003 or 2007 anyway.
