how do i restart visio

Dear Microsoft,

Iam as new user in microsoft offie visio 2003 need your help. when I want to
open my file there is error pop up

" visio internal error : #2132
Action 1283 : open file
First try closing and reopening the file. Next try restarting visio"

I already try to do it the step above but still not working. Could you
please help me what should I do without loosing this file ?

If it is not opening in Visio 2003, you might try opening it in Visio 2002
and saving the file as XML (.VDX extension). I realize that you may not
have Visio 2002 available, but that is the best option I can think of.
