HOW DO I RESTORE A BACKUP FILE STORED ON A CD TO OUTLOOK

I just had to refot my hard drive so I backed up my Outlook file on a CD. I
reinstalled Outlook and now need to restore the backed up file from the CD.
How do I do that?

When you stored your data file on the CD, the operating system marked it
READ ONLY and Outlook cannot use it that way. You'll need to copy it back
to your hard drive and remove the READ ONLY setting (right click the file,
select 'Properties', and remove the check mark from the READ ONLY checkbox).
