How do I restore a folder?(Inbox AND Personal folder)

I have been on a 'deleting' spree and have 'lost' two folders.
I just watched en entire folder of information delete while deleting items
out of my personal folders.
I must have done the same thing yesterday - deleted a folder instead of an
e<ail.

How do I restore these folders?
