How do I restore a pst file that wasn't backed up

I am using Office 2003. I just changed the name of my computer, afterwards
when I opened Outlook, I could not find my contacts, saved e-mails,
appointments, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated

You changed PC name or User name?
Search for *.pst, to include hidden files. By default they should be in the;
Documents & Settings\'user name'\ grouping
