How do I restore my 2003 version, down from 2007 version

I have trialed 2007 Office and for the money I dont think its worth it. I
want to restore my 2003 version without losing my emails or contacts etc, How
can I do this?

Uninstall 2007, re-install 2003. Your Outlook data and settings shouldn't be
affected.
However, it's always prudent to make a backup of your pst file anyway....
