How do I restore my Adobe PDF toolbar to MS Word?

I use to have an Adobe PDF toolbar when I opened MS Word. However, it is gone
now. Any suggestions on how to restore it? Thanks.

Difficult to answer without knowing which version of Word and which version
of Acrobat - but see

I would go into the control panel and restore / repair your installation
of Acrobat.
