Use Windows Search to search for winword.exe (be sure to include Hidden and
System files and folders in the search). When you have found it, right-click
it and choose Create Shortcut. Windows will tell you it can't create a
shortcut in the Search Results window and ask if you want it on the desktop.
Say yes. You can then copy that shortcut to the Start menu if desired,
either by using Copy and Paste or by dragging the icon while pressing the
Ctrl key.
