How do I restore my Notes fr full screen to Post-It Note size?

I'm a new Notes user. I somehow accidentally changed the size of my Notes
from the "Post-it" size to a size that covers the entire screen. The change
affects all my Notes, even new ones. This makes Notes unusable to me for my
purposes. There is no minimize button on a Note. How to I reverse what I did
and restore my Notes to their much smaller size?
