How do I restore my old calendar after I have updated my outlook .

I had an earlier version of Outlook installed at my work computer. I have
Office 2003 at home so I installed my home version of office on my work
computer. When I updated it, I lost all of my appointments and address book
on the earlier version and I can't figure out how to restore all this
information. Somebody please help.
