How do I restore Norton Anti-Spam function toolbar to Outlook?

Valser

When I installed Norton Anti-Spam, a toolbar appeared below the standard
toolbars in Outlook. It included several choices which allowed me to manage
Spam as I wished. From time to time, that toolbar disappeared, then would
re-appear without any help from me. Now it has disappeared again, and I need
it to categorize Spam that has slipped through the filter. I have searched
Microsoft and Norton for help and cannot instruction anywhere about how to
restore this toolbar. Need help.
Thanks,
Valser

You'll probably have to call Symantec (Norton) support for this one but what
if you click View | Toolbars. Do you see the Norton bar listed there?

Thanks, Ben. Yes, I did, and found it was not checked. After checking the
Norton toolbar, it still didn't appear. Closed Outlook and reopened, check
mark was still there, but Norton toolbar did not appear.

How do I call Symantec? I have searched their site and don't see a phone
number anywhere. Nor a way to write them for a response. Probably
overlooked it, but really got tired of searching to no avail. Got a clue?
