How do I restore original keyboard settings?

T

I accidentally pressed the shift button too long while typing. I clicked ok
to get out of the dialog box that appeared, but now my keyboard and mouse
functions are altered. For example when I try to use the mouse to click
where I need to on a document the whole page is highlighted then up to the
point I clicked. How do I go back to the original settings? Thank you.

In Windows, click on Start | Control Panel | Accessibility Options |
Keyboard tab | uncheck the "Use FilterKeys" and "Use StickyKeys" boxes | OK.
