How do I restrict users from viewing information in Access?

Iwould like to prevent users from seeing some information in a table or
create a table that they cannot open. I unchecked all the boxes for user
permissions for a table but that user can still open and view the information.

There is much more to securing a mdb than that. For starters you must
create a new workgroup file (mdw) to secure it with. As it is you are
securing it with the standard mdw that ships with Access. The Admin user
owns the table, so anyone can open it, regardless of what permissions you
check.

Study up on security and practice on a copy of your database.
