How do I retreive my old contacts into my new version of outlook

I updated from outlook 2000 to 2003 and somhow lost all my contacts. How do I
retreive them into the updated outlook?

I'd suggest asking in a newsgroup related to Outlook.

This newsgroup is for questions interacting with external data using Access,
the database product that's part of Office Professional.
