How do I retreive shortcuts from outlook?

I upgraded one of our employee's from outlook 2000 to 2003. In the process of
doing that, she lost all of her shortcuts. How can we retrieve all that data
without her having to manually retype everything back in?

I still don't know what shortcuts you mean. Where in Outlook did she see
them before?

I still don't get it. If they're shortcuts in IE, where are you seeing them
in Outlook?
