How do I retrieve a deleted folder containing subfiles?

I had a folder that was mislabeled which contained deleted emails and sub
files of emails that I wished to keep. In deleting the main file, I
accidentally deleted all the sub files in the folder, just a few minutes ago.
Is there any way to retieve these files again?

If its not in the Deleted folder its gone, though third party recovery tools
might help.
No Backup?
MS has a free OL backup addin
