How do I retrieve an email folder that disappeared?

The folder on outlook that receives emails from my main account and all its
subfolders have disappeared. Can't find in deleted files or recycle.
Downloaded Microsoft Fixit but no help. Now what?

look in %appdata%/local/microsoft/outlook - it should be there.

paste it into the address bar of windows explorer - see
