Hello and thank you for your help in advance!
I am extremely new to InfoPath but think it could be helpful in tracking
outstanding customer issues. I have researched online help menus and for the
life of me cannot figure out how to extract data once it is entered.
What I want is to enter issues, update the status and ultimately do some
kind of export all issues. Or in the very least be able to access them to
view the status of the issue since multiple people will be entering forms.
I really just can't figure out how to view the information once it is
entered. I do not have SharePoint; I see references to Excel but can't figure
out how this works. Or can you just view all forms at once in InfoPath?
