How do I retrieve excel.exe that was deleted by McAfee?

On 3/12/06 A McAfee Anti-virus bug quarantined excel.exe re: a bug they
claimed was a virus (W95/CTX). It was incorrectly detected. I am using Office
2003 Student & Teacher Edition 60 day Trial on a Gateway Tablet PC. I tried
to reinstall the Trial and I get the error E2561412.cab can't be found. Did
search for excel.exe & nothing either. Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & OneNote
are OK. I can't find the Quarantined Folder to try to retrieve the
E2561412.cab to fix it & have uninstalled McAfee so I don't lose anymore
programs... Is there a way to just get excel.exe back up & running without
uninstalling Office 2003, and re-installing a clean full version? Please
help!!!!
