I believe I am using Entourage from Microsoft Office for the Mac 2001 version
I think. I've used it for several years. I used to use a G4 Powerbook
purchased in 2002. 2 years ago I replaced that with a MacBook. At that time I
migrated all my data from the Powerbook to the MacBook and Entourage started
right up beautifully with all my data (old emails and settings etc. intact).
I use Entourage with an RCN email account that I held onto long after I got
rid of RCN service. Okay, so, a few days ago my hard drive on the MacBook
crashed and I lost a lot of data. I took the old Powerbook I haven't used in
a couple of years and I re-migrated that old data onto the new hard drive
they installed on my MacBook. However this time, things did not go as well as
the first time. It does not seem to recognize that it was set up to receive
my emails from the RCN account and the old emails are not there now. What can
I do?
