How do I retrieve WordArt and it's tool bar to insert in Word?

This big white space is for a description of your problem. What are you
trying to do? What methods are you using? What are the expected results?
What are the actual results?

Take advantage of the Content area to fully describe the facts of your
situation including the version of Word involved. Nobody can make heads or
tails of what this Subject refers to.

In general, though, you don't "retrieve" WordArt, you *create* it using the
WordArt applet available by way of a button on the Drawing Toolbar as well
as through the Insert Menu. Once you create a WordArt object the appropriate
toolbar automatically appears when you click on (select) the WordArt object
& goes away when you select something else.
