Retrive deleted file for an iphone?

hi how are you doing? I tried to get a program on my iphone from my computer
and it deleted my music and some of my applications. I would like to know
how do i retrive the lost from my computer?

This may be a problem with your iPhone or with Windows (if your computer uses
Windows; you didn't say) -- but it has absolutely nothing to do with Microsoft
Word, which is the topic of this newsgroup. Please post in an appropriate forum.
