Frank, thanks for your response. If I am in Contact folder, or Mail,
"Personal Folders" is not readily visible, unless I go to "GO" on tool bar
and scroll down to find it. It was simpler in older version of Outlook. Am
I missing something?
Well, I suppose it depends on your "view". I set mine to always have the
tree available.
Pull down the View menu and select "Navigation Pane". That's how I leave
mine.
Or, just hit [Alt]-[F1] to toggle it back and forth.
