How do I reverse a black and white graphic image in Word?

If you mean reverse left-to-right, use Flip horizontal from the Draw
toolbar. If you mean reverse white-to-black, use a graphics editor.

Use Fill Line and Fill Color to change your graphics components from black to
white. Pull out a rectangle over your graphic and fill it black and send it
to the back. Finally, heaven help the black cartridge in your printer.
