In Word 2002, Select the entire column you wish to justify, by placing the
cursor in the cell at the top of the desired column. While holding down the
left mouse button, drag the cursor to the bottom of the column. All of the
cells in the column will now be shaded.
Go to the Formatting toolbar, the one with Font, etc. buttons. Your's may
be hidden. If so, select View, Toolbars, then check Formatting.
In the Format toolbar, near the center, you'll see four sets of lines which
represent justification. The default is Left, and you'll see short and long
lines aligned to the left. With the cells in the column still shaded, click
on the right justification (short and long lines aligned to the right).
