How do I rotate a picture in One-Note?

I use One-Note to store engineering reports, drawing and pictures. sometimes
a picture or scanned report is sideways or upside down. Question: how can I
rotate a picture?

You cannot from within OneNote, but any image viewing tool should be able
to rotate the image bofre it is inserted into OneNote, including the Office
Picture Manager included with Office 2003.

Carl - I also do engineering (structural) calcs on O-N. However, I am
looking for a template that looks like a standard calc sheet, with title
blocks forclient, project, date etc. Does anyone know whether such thing
exists? Otherwise how can I create a template? TIA

You can get templates for OneNote from Office Online. In OneNote, try
File/new, then at the bottom of the task pane "templates on Office Online".

If you don't find what you need, you can make your own template very easily.
First, make a page look the way you want your template to look. Then open
the Templates task pane (Ctrl-F1 to get the task pane open if it is not,
then use the dropdown arrow at the top to choose the "templates" task pane).
At the bottom of that pane is the command "save current page as template".

Once you have a template, you can use the command just above the one I just
mentioned in the templates pane: "Choose default template".
