How do I rotate a picture?

I'm trying to rotate a picture in Microsoft Photo Editor. I go to image -
rotate - and check the box "by degree" and select the degree I want it
rotated. When I click on OK, I just get a white box instead of the rotated
picture. What am I doing wrong? I'm baffled. Thanks

It can depend on the version of Office and MS Office
Photo Editor that you have. There was an update to
Office that fixed one bug in Photo Editor but ended
up disabling the rotate by degree feature.

If you're using MS Office 2000 installing SP3 should
correct this http://officeupdate.com

Using MS Photo Editor! Try Irfanview instead. It's free and it works, from
www.irfanview.com
Or XnView which is also very capable. It's at www.xnview.com and is also free.
