How do I rotate a table in Word?

I have designed a few tables in Word, in a landscape format. However, for a
book I am writing, I need to rotate these tables so that they fit on portait
oriented paper. Any ideas how to do this?

If you change the orientation from landscape to portrait, the tables do not
need to be rotated--they will automatically move to the format selected.
However, if the table is too wide for portrait, Word will reduce the cell
widths, possibly making the font too small. You may have to widen the
margins or change something else.

The more conventional treatment would be to leave the tables in landscape
