How do I run 1 calender on 2 computers (outlook03 and outlook07)?

I run 2 computers, 1 with XP and Office 03, the other with Vista and Office
07. I would like to be able to update the calender on one computer and for
it to automatically update on the other. I do not have an Exchange server.
Can anybody please help?
