Not sure what you mean. Automatically, when you launch Outlook? I don't know
of any way....what is your purpose here? Create a shortcut to notepad.exe in
your quick launch bar. It takes scant seconds to launch it that way.

Add it to your Outlook Shortcuts bar by dragging its icon from the Start
Menu.

There are several ways to do this, but they may not be suitable to your
goal. For example, I have Notepad defined to be my signature editor. When
I edit a signature in Outlook, Notepad starts. That certainly fits your
vague request, but I'll bet it's not what you intended.
