How do I run a query on the address with just the street name?

I am trying to run a query of all addresses with the street name of Maum.

As criteria on the Address column, write:
Like "*Maum*"

If you wish to give the user the choice of what street name to look
for, then use:
Like "*" & [What Street] & "*"
