how do I run outlook thru a proxy server

I'm having trouble with my outlook at work as we have a proxy server and
outlook can not connect to my incoming or out going server. I have no
problems when I'm at home.

Contact your administrator to verify that you are allowed to do this. The
corporate firewall is probably configured to block this type of traffic.
