How do I run repair through DOS mode?

I work in the IT department and I am trying to run a MS Office repair through
DOS mode as I am logged onto a remote computer. All other ways have failed
so this is the way that I am left with. I don't want to enter the incorrect
prompt and ruin all the files that my customer has on his computer. If
anyone can help with the correct command prompt, it would be greatly
appreciated!
