How do I save a contact to more than one distribution list?

[Need to know]

I really need a way to enter a name only once for my personal contacta and
then for the company-wide contact list. DOes anyone know how to do this? I
am not talking about sharing my lists I am talking about one entry or save
to place conatct on more than one distribution list. Any ideas?

You are mixing the terms distribution list and address book here. If you
mean storing a single instance of a contact to multiple address books then
the answer is no. A single contact can exist in multiple distribution lists
though.
