How do i save a file in a high resolution

I need to save a file (text and pictures) into one 300 dpi picture for
printing. What would i save it as?

If you have Publisher 2003 or 07 you can select all, group, right-click, save as
picture, there will be options for format and resolution.
Or you can save the publication as an image, save as, files of type, scroll down
to the picture formats.
