How do I save a new font for a default return address in Word?

In Word 2003 I first select Letters and Mailings and enter a return address
and select a Sans font. Word asks if I wish to save this address as the
default return address and I answer yes. If I exit Word and then start it
again, the return address exists but the font changes back to Arial. How do
I save the Sans font?

Hi =?Utf-8?B?QWxhbg==?=,

The style Envelope Return controls the font. When you select "Default", Word
should write this change to your Normal.dot template (or the template from
which the document was created). If it's gone when you next open Word, it
means Normal.dot wasn't saved when Word quit. Possible reasons for this are
various; two of the most common:

1. You're in a corporate network that has locked down Normal.dot

2. You have an Addin installed (such as Adobe) that's blocking saves to
Normal.dot
