How do I save a new text layout in Powerpoint

I am creating a corporate template and want to modify the default heading and
subheading font size and placement, as when I create a new slide the old
default size and placement reappears

Go to View > Master > Slide Master. In the slide master, adjust the heading,
subheading font size and placement, then close master view. After that, try
creating a new slide again.
