how do i save a printscreen shot as a picture file to upload etc.

i have found an embarrasing video of my friend online, i printscreened on a
clip and was wondering if i can edit it in word then save it as a file to
upload onto facebook??
please help :)

I don't think you can - I've been having this problem. You can do it using
Publisher or Powerpoint though if you have those.
