How do I save a project to Project Web Access?

We have Project Web Access, and Project Professional 2003. So how do we now
save the Project Professional 2003 projects to Project Web Access?

Likeweise, how would we build a project in PP 2003? In Project Center, Save
Link, Build Team, Edit, and Open are all greyed out.

It just seems like something is not connecting. I'm doing this as an admin.

Thanks.

Jzis:

Understand that ProjectServer is a combination of at least 3 technologies.
($, if you are also using SharePoint). Your projects are created in Project
Pro. When your plan is complete, you publish it to project server. The
information from your plan is stored in SQL server.

So, when you do a Collaborate...Publish, then go to Project Web Access, the
information from SQL server is used to populate the web pages Project Web
Access displays.

As for building teams, do you have your enterprise resource pool built?

Hope this helps.

Good morning. Thank you for your quick reply. I performed the Collaborate,
Publish All. Yet the plan does not show up. I am logging in as myself who
has admin rights. The plan is still on my desktop.

Also, isn't there someplace under Administrator which lists all the projects?

Thanks.

The fact that some of your menu options are grayed out, such as Build Team
from Enterprise, indicates that you are NOT logging into Project Server.
Please check your login information and confirm that the "Manually detect
connection state" is selected. You must select your Project Server login
and then click the Connect button. Hope this helps.
