if you have the real adobe product (not just the viewer) it is as simple as
printing to the pdf printer.

Al,

I tried that. It worked for me before but I must be doing some step wrong.
I forgot, I guess. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Suggestions?

Thanks,

what happens when you attempt to create the pdf document? Does the distiller
start? If it starts what happens when it completes? Can you output other
programs to pdf successfully?

Al,

I think thats the answer. I don't have distiller. I was instructed to print
to PDF995(?). At first it went to a web site but still created the file.
Maybe it was a promo.

Anyway, my short solution was to save it as a PowerPoint presentation.
Thats sufficient.

thanks for your help,

I use a program called PDF writer. Found it on ebay . It works well. It
creates a PDF printer selection then allows you to save it where ever you
choose.
