How do I save and organize the pages from an imported web site?

My original web site was created in an online site builder program. I would
like to import and edit the site in FrontPage 2003. The site seems to import
just fine and I am able to access all the pages, but when I try to save the
individual pages it seems to not save correctly. After the pages are saved
and I try to reopen them, they bring up the wrong page with in the site.
Also, when I tried to organize them using the Navigation tool, again the
wrong pages loaded. Can anyone help??
