How do I save as HIGH RES.?

My last post didnt make sense to me when I read it. How do i save my complete
publisher file as a high resaolution jpg. When I click "save as" and scroll
down to jpg then hit save I dont get any choices of what .jpg quality I want.
It automatically saves low res. Help me please.

A printer that asks for a JPEG file? Find another printer.
Print and distill with Acrobat or similar software, then give him/her the
pdf file.
