I just installed the Office Student and Teacher Edition 2003, and I run
Outlook Express. I don't seem to have an option in "save as" to convert and
save files that arrive in my email box to Word. The list only gives me txt or
RTF options.
How do I get Word added to the "save as" list?
Thank you,

If you are receiving documents as attachments, when you double-click on the
attachment, you should get a prompt to either open or save the document.
Choose Save, and you will be presented with a dialog in which you can
navigate to the appropriate folder; the file type will be .doc by default.

If you are trying to save actual email messages (text files), then this is a
different situation. I suppose you could save them as text or RTF, open them
in Word, and save in .doc format.
