How do I save e-mail to server for multi-users?

We have XP and Outlook 2003 and have set up several users on the same
computer. When checking e-mail, each user would like to see all the e-mail
that has come in, but the first person to access e-mail gets to see the
e-mail and no one else does. We used to be able to have it stay on the server
for each person to look at it but now we are not able to. What are the
settings we have to make to accomplish this task?

First, this is a group devoted to the MS Project project management software
application. You'd get better responses if you post in a newsgroup for MS
Outlook.

Email should be personal and private for each user and Outlook is designed
for that purpose. IMHO, you should never have multiple users sharing a
login to a workstation, everyone should be separate. The Outlook profile is
connected to the workstation login profile. If several users need to see
the email that's coming in, you might try setting up shared folders on the
server with all the users granted permission to open it and directing the
incoming mail there.

Hope this helps
