How do I save multiple project plans into a single Access Table?

Mark Main

I need to save/append 30 project plans into a single table so that I can do
some fancy reporting on it; I would like to add a "Report_Date" field to the
table so that I can also do some trend reporting.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to the best way to proceed? I know VB6,
Access and macro programming.

Thanks for any recommendations.

By clicking File, Save as and saving to an Access database you can save as
many project files as you like to it. However, the data is spread across a
number of tables as described in the pjdb.htm file installed in one of
Project's program files.

If you really need data in one table try creating Views in Access to combine
the data. Alternatively you will need to run a macro in Project to open each
project in turn and export data to access using oledb or DAO.
