How do I save my customized toolbars in MS Office when upgrading .

I want to upgrade my Office suite to the latest version, but I want to save
the customized toolbars I've created in Excel, Word, OUtlook and Powerpoint.
Is their a file that I should look for and save and then reinstall once the
upgrade is complete?
