How do I save pictures from Outlook 2007?

Outlook 2007 does not have a "Save Picture As" option that I can find so how
do I save embedded pictures, not attachments, in my messages.

Hi.

well, thanks for that, but it doesn't work. I set the macro up and it debugs
and runs fine. I can save the attachments as a picture, but once I click it
doesn't do anything.

Surely, there is an easier way to bring this feature back?
