How do I save text as a jpeg to use in a screensaver?

I am trying to have key terms typed on individual pages and then each page
saved in a jpeg format so I can use the images as a screensaver. Is there
anyway I can do this in MS Word 2000?

I'm not sure how to do this in MS Word, but if this doesn't matter, you can
simply copy/paste whatever you have in MS Word, into Paint (which comes with
every copy of Windows--look under Programs>Accessories). Then save the Paint
file as a .jpg, and you're good to go.

To save whole pages as images you need a screen capture tool - SnagIt
www.techsmith.com is excellent and there is a trial.
'Print' the document to the SnagIt driver.

Thank you for your response. I ended up using Word 2000 to create the
document, then using Adobe to export as a jpeg, editing the document in Paint
to crop to my selection, then finally using the jpeg in WebShots as a
screensaver! A bit of work, but I could at least edit it somewhat so I
wouldn't get a letter size page for a few lines of text. I appreciate the
time you took to answer my question though, I will check out SnagIt for
future use!

Sincerely,
Sandra

Hello Paul:
Thank you for the time you took to reply to my post. I ended up created the
document in Word 2000, exporting it using Adobe Acrobat 8 as a jpeg, opening
it in Paint to edit the size of the page, then importing it into WebShots as
my screensaver! It's a bit drawn out, but that way I seem to get pretty good
quality of text in my screensaver! Once again, thank you for your answer, I
will try your method on another project I need to do for the same purpose!

Sincerely,
Sandra
