How do I save the Text Block Tool (from Drawing Tools) on a toolba

I would like to save the Text Block Tool (from Drawing Tools) in a toolbar
such that it is always available, but every time a close and re-open Visio,
the Text Block Tool disappears from the toolbar where I last applied the
customization.

Any suggestions?
