We have a critical need to publish 1000s of individual word docs (within a CM
system) that end up at output being concatenated into a single Word doc. Each
of those individual "chunks" contain Tracking edits, which we feel we cannot
Accept or Reject at this time, but we need to publish w/o markup showing.
But, each individual doc has the default option set to Show Final Markup. I
have turned off the "Make hidden markup visible when opening or saving". I
still default to Show Final Markup on Opening the document again. Final is
the only mode that keeps a format change that involves a bullet or list box.
Set to Show Final Markup you have no symbol attached.
Do you have any suggestions? Macros?
